Nestled in Costa Rica’s Alajuela region, these beans thrive at altitudes of 1,300–1,445 meters in rich volcanic loam soil. Cultivated on small, family-run farms, each crop is eco-pulped and sun-dried to preserve its natural brightness. The result is a cup that’s both clean and complex—with vibrant notes of sweet apple, honey, and raisin.
